2. Eligibility Requirements

You must satisfy all of the following conditions to register and use ck299.

  Minimum Age: 21 Years

  You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of ck299. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend any account where the minimum age requirement is not satisfied.

  One Account Per Person

  Each player may hold only one account on ck299. Registering or operating multiple accounts — under the same name, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

  Accurate Registration Information

  You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration and keep it up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

  Account Security

  You are solely responsible for keeping your ck299 username and password confidential. Do not share login credentials with any third party. ck299 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you failed to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the same name as the ck299 account holder. ck299 does not accept third-party deposits. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless an alternative has been formally verified. ck299 reserves the right to conduct additional checks before processing any withdrawal and to place holds where verification is pending. Any funds deposited in error must be reported to ck299 support immediately.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Actions that are strictly forbidden on the ck299 platform.

  Fraud and Misrepresentation

  Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or engaging in any form of payment fraud is strictly prohibited and will be referred to relevant authorities.

  Money Laundering

  ck299 does not permit use of its platform for money laundering or any related activity. All transactions are monitored for suspicious patterns and ck299 cooperates fully with any lawful investigation.

  Collusion and Match Fixing

  Any attempt to collude with other players, manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in match fixing on ck299 betting markets is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

  Use of Automated Systems

  The use of bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with ck299 is strictly prohibited. ck299 uses automated detection systems to identify non-human usage patterns and will act accordingly.

  Harassment and Abusive Behaviour

  Harassing, threatening, or abusing ck299 support staff or other players through any channel is strictly prohibited. ck299 reserves the right to immediately close the account of any user who engages in abusive behaviour.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

Circumstances under which ck299 may suspend or permanently close an account.

ck299 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where we are required to do so by applicable law. Upon closure, bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned after deducting any amounts owed to ck299, subject to satisfactory completion of verification requirements.

A player may request account closure at any time by contacting ck299 support. Self-requested closures are processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawal at the time of closure will be processed to the player's verified payment method. Accounts under self-exclusion may not be reopened for the duration of the selected exclusion period.

9. Limitation of Liability

The extent of ck299's legal liability to registered players.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck299 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical errors. ck299 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and temporary outages may occur and will be communicated where practicable.

ck299's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ck299's negligence where such limitation is not permitted by law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

How and when ck299 may update these Terms & Conditions.

ck299 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change materially affects player rights or obligations, ck299 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting on the platform or contacting players via their registered details. It remains each player's responsibility to check these Terms periodically.

Continued use of ck299 after any amendment is posted constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 7.
